TT of Lost Items?

Hi what happens when you loose an item tiering? Do you get the TT of it in residue or is that lost? Could find it when searching.

Thinking of the 5k+ tt UL items..

Unless it changed with the last patch, it should still be 95% of the TT of the lost item is returned as residue.
