csn s mmstrix stack with s 5'% amp or we just obtain overamping?
necause a MCMatrix 3 would be legit a tier12 weapon.... lifesteal can be obtained with summer20/xmas20 rings and evader with viceroy/angel/titan

Not really on weapon choices/amps etc.

There version of balance is saying “we can’t have the minisweeper use an amp because it was balanced that way”
