Debating to sell this property. Bought a larger shop on Arkadia a few day ago. I am thinking about selling it to raise funds for upgrades I need in my blueprint library and for inventory.

Am not in a rush to sell it but I am considering offers of the following

CLD's
Shopkeepers
Items
High QR Enhancer BP's

SB 9.5k peds (or equiv)
BO 12.5k peds (or equiv)
