Question: Vault Hunter III: Pandora's Chest part VIII - RUM BUG

Hello, I was in team and do mission - Vault Hunter III: Pandora's Chest part VIII. I get bottle of rum from Hank and then go to fisherman and give him bottle of rum. I found chest but can't open it. I abandon mission and start it again only from Thomias which don't give me bottle of rum (Hank don't give me mission or bottle of rum). Now i can't get second bottle of rum for fisherman and open chest.
And now I can't complete this mission. Any one try to give fisherman bottle and restart Vault Hunter III: Pandora's Chest part VIII mission?

I wrote to support but they said: We have tested this mission and it's working as intended.

Any one know how to complete this mission?

Did you make clear to support that you abandoned the mission?

Sometimes they just read half of the text...

If a box doesn't open, a lever won't be pulled or something like that: try Right click and then operate. Sometimes the default action can be bugged.

Oh, another thing: If it was yesterday, it seems a lot of people got stuck there, so maybe your problem is related to that.

Yes i wrote that i abandoned this part of mission. I give away bottle of rum to fisherman and then can't open box with any action (maybe that was lag). When i start this part of mission after abandon no one give me bottle of rum and mission target show fisherman door.

I start this mission about 18.06.2013 20:00 UTC and mission bug was in this time.
