Just noticed that if you are underwater the avatar doesn't hold still long enough for you to teleport. You lose concentration a lot and It takes a few tries to properly use the TP chip.
This would mess with the strategy of dive underwater and TP out when you are in danger in a PVP area
.
If you are floating at the surface the charging of the TP chip doesn't get interrupted.
Just sent a suport case to see if this is a new feature or just a bug.
