Does anyone have a clue as to what might drop a Dominax Original Viper Blueprint (L) ?

The blueprint hasn't dropped in ages afaik, just like i've been looking for a specific foot guards blueprint (L) for 4 years..
I expect it got removed from droptables as well.
Best chance is some oldschool player has the blueprint without them knowing.

MindArk has some "balance manager" supposed to help with these kinda things, haven't seen a thing yet.
