Help: What drops fap-5 sgae

ive checked on the auction and there is not even the Omegaton Fast Aid FAP-5 listed to place an order for and the SGAE is not listed either

i know this item has been discovered many ppl said they seen it in game discovery but no one seems to know what dropped it Vincent vince amarillo looted one according to https://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/forums/items/161961-sga-item-collection-19.html#post2055721

can anyone please let me know if they know what drop these please

i just found this thread by googeling my name.
i know its a bit old allready, but will still answer.

I never looted Fap 5 SGA,
it was a Fap 50 SGA but hof list only showed Fap 5
