Question: Where does fame come from?

I notice that I have accumulated a small degree of fame but am at a loss to establish just how I have achieved it.

Does anyone know how fame points are acquired?

It's the number of times someone clicked "Gratz!" in the achievement thread you posted. So, every time you post a hof, a discovery, etc and someone clicks "Gratz!" your fame goes up by 1.

You cannot gratz yourself, and therefore you will not see the gratz button in your own threads.
