Whi is in charge of PCF now?

I tried to contact PCF staff multiple times over last few months (using Contact Us at bottom of page) without any success. Nobody replied me, ever....
I could not post on forums because my account got deleted over last few years... PCF staff never replied to provided e-mail.

So who is now in charge of this place and why they do not do their job?
