Question: Will motherships be as good to own as hangars are?

Now that the first motherships have been sold/won, what do people think about them and do they think they will be as good to own as a hangar was?

They kinda seem to fulfill the role that I used to associate with hangars, wondered what people thought?

Maybe with warp drive and things they might be able to avoid PVP, obviously that is speculation at the moment, but soon we should know for sure.

One thing I thought about:
Hangar ships will probably be the biggest ships capable of landing planetside and then taking a bunch of people... Motherships can not land planetside.

I'm sure we'll use hangars to get to the motherships, so they'll still have a purpose.

But as for the value, I've always found hangars to be overvalued extortion tools..

Perhaps since hangars were always the gateway to space, planetary entrance/exit fees will be waived for hangar owners.
