Just a thought, but timber should no longer be looted only. Thats against any logic because you run through so many trees all the time...why not being able to cut trees with your axe? That is the way it goes.

Indeed. You could then craft it into paddock fencing, allotment sheds and a plough /plow, train snables to pull the plough, and plant fruit and tree seeds using the dung the snable dropped to make fertilizer. MA would have something there that would make several aspects of EU more interesting and coherent
