Wool vs Cloths and textiles ?

I'm wondering what is the best way to go concerning wools and other skins looted, they can mostly be made into textiles or cloths as far as I have seen so far...but not knowing much about crafting I'm not sure if it's better to sell them as they came looted, or refine them into the finished product?

All I have done so far is auction them as wool along with anything else not obviously valuable that I loot, in large quantities if possible.


I wonder what others with more experience think?

If I am having a ped crisis, I will sell unrefined goods to traders.

But mostly I refine all my tailoring material loots, accumulate them to about 10-20ped value, then auction them with a small premium for buyout.

Almost all sell quickly.

I guess there are a lot of players who want to try tailoring, without it costing them too much for the initial materials, and this is the market I am targetting.

Thank you for the info , about what I thought.

It's a little hard to know what uses people have for materials without blueprints, maybe I'll try a little tailoring and grab some BPs and educate myself more .
