Selling 1x Shopkeeper @ +5100/each
I'll likely end up selling them with my booths when the time comes so, no hurry to sell just thought id put it out there for those interested in owning an SK
Things to know
-Shopkeepers can hold 20ip this gives you a net gain of 14ip/ea sk
-Shopkeepers take a durability loss of 10pec after each sale
-Max tt is 40ped
-Once your SK gets to 0tt you will need to repair it or nothing can be sold in the SK til its repaired
-Minimum sale of anything is 1ped so, this can make low tt items/stacks sky rocket if placed - (Just like a shop/booth)
-you can sell things with pec's like in shops/booths though its still have to sell for +1ped or more
-there is a % tax on each item listed just like shops/booths that gets passed to the buyer not the seller
-You dont have to remove everything to repair just pick up and goto repair terminal repair it then go back and replace. Everything will be priced and organized how you had it before
-There is no charge to place an item or durability loss anytime you add and item or remove ONLY when SOLD
-You can add armors and clothes to your SK great way to use non-tradeable items or 0tt armors that you have used NOTE: (You cannot sell the items equipped to sk)
-SK's can be placed in all apartments, booths, shops as long as you have 6ip available (This means you can have as many as you want as long as you have enough ip)
-To equip clothes/armor/weapons just drag and release onto the avatar of the SK once placed in estate
-To unequip right Click and hold then unequip will remove everything equipped into your inventory
-You cannot trade a SK if it has items equipped on it or items in the SK. Make sure you remove everything if you goto sell ever since to remove it needs to be placed in an estate to do so...(Important)
-If you know you removed everything and still doesnt let you trade just relog.
-If in a shop/booth make sure if your placing SK on ground if you have a carpet place carpet last in the area so, it can be sold if you place the SK on the carpet it cant be sold cuz an item is now placed on it. You can get around this if you place carpets last.
