This is what happens when you buy your macro from Wish.com.i looted a player who was afk hunting in Arkadia pvp on beladoths for ~3K once... I still think that was by best loot ever since the cost to kill was around 1 ped.

weapon cells and blp ammo used to be able to be dropped from killing mobs, making it lootable
He killed a player not a mob
PvP noobs drop cells when your shoot them.
Everyone in lootable pvp is a mob xD
If i remember this is a part of toxic shots tt that was used to ebter pvp. I think sometimes you could get nice ammount if area was active.
