"your avatar is already logged on!" wth?!

Was doing run in halloween mayhem and crashed! Now i cant relog cuz apparantly my avatar is still online:scratch2: hmmmm and its been that for 25min soon! Others with the same problem?

If you have and Android phone or tablet try login on that with the entropia android app and when you are logged in logout again and then try the computer, you can also use an android emulator on the computer if you dont have any android device.

same here as well - i had the same thing starting 1 hour ago at 21.04

You are not the only one, my husband has been offline for at least 4 hours and before the crash was having errors etc. He cannot get in now either.
 
The app trick works perfectly.. I was able to login after that.
 
restart your computor when i crash i have to restart my computor every time

That didn't work. As said offline for 4 hours, tried another computer and still says he is online....... he is lost in limbo lol

Not from another computer Saradu
you can use this android emulator for windows (for example) there are many other that kind of apps around.
it saved my day too!

btw glad to see you posting again :yup:

he is installing an emulator and the eu program as I type this, thanks.

installing on his computer though, not a phone so hope that still works.

forgot to mention that
installed this emulator and you have to download Virtual Tycoon from the google store
and..."voila" :) you are logged in again
after you test again in your EU client and you can play, you can unistall this

he got in but used a different emulator. :) thanks
 
It worked here too :) thx god for the EU app on my phone :p and big thx for the advis! It was a lifesaver:laugh:
 
logging on and off with Virtual Tycoon fixed this for me
 
windows android thingy

It didt work for me, ''internal error message'' Will keep trying!
 
i think it has completely failed now
 
hmm i logged off last night tried to log in this morning and same issue as above for most of you already logged in....tried the windows android emulator and ran virtual tycoon and i get internal error and not able to long on there either :(
