I can confirm that HP boosts are working again. There's no reason you should't combine rings, pills, cloacks and pets to get the highest HP possible!
At the Emerald Stabe we will provide HP boosts for all levels during the entire Merry Mayhem event

To sweeten the deal:
For every 6th purchase of the Level 13 - HP Buff the end of february event I will personally reimburse your 6th purchase (4 Peds)
For every 5th purchases of the Level 20 - HP Buff by the end of february event I will personally reimburse your 5th purchase (40 Peds)
In order to qualify for this you need to submit screenshots with time of purchase. I have no other way to verify purchases. (I only see value and time of purchase in my log)
Where are we:
Emerald Stable is represented as two poles on the North wall of the Emerald Lakes mall.
Take the elevator down and take a right at the entrance, follow the wall and you can't miss it!
