Yeah it isn't good for the growth but I have been telling myself that just because I am here since so many years ago, got so much gear, skills etc Mindark realizes I will not leave and instead focus on answering newbies support cases that is more important, since they might leave and I will not... Well at least I keep telling myself that

I do not understand it at all.... It should not take that long, never ever should... Myself I have a ticket open for 6 months before it was closed automatically... WITHOUT AN ANSWER FROM MA! .... That's not an ok service.. I opened a new support case, linked the old case and asked them if I would get an answer these upcoming 6 months or if I should set an alarm to go of at newyears eve to remind me to make a new case...
