There is a solution within Project Entropia now. The new Pawn Shop has opened:
How it is working?
You have valuable items, but you don’t want to sell them, because it is too difficult to substitute it. E.g. you love your DOA Loudmouth but you need PEDs immediately to repair your armor and buy ammo to go for a hunt.
I will take your precious items as security for the loaned PEDs.
Items could be e.g.:
- Weapons
- Armor (parts)
- FAPs
- Mindforce Chips
- Full skill chips
- Raw and refined Materials
- Tools, etc.
The minimum worth for a pawn is tt+100 PED.
The Process
You can get in contact to me via EF-pm or find me within PE. I am often at Twin Peaks.
We will agree about
- The pawn items
- The loan of PEDs
- The loan period (typical 3 days – 1 week)
If you can release the pawn within the agreed period you get your valuable items back. If you are not able to release your valuable item I have to find a buyer for the pawn. This is my personal risk.
Documentation
If we agree a loan period I will make screenshots of our agreement and the trade. I use a regular pawn shop software to manage and document the loans.
Confidentiality
I guarantee you strictly confidentiality. Nobody will hear anything about our trade.
Trust
I am aware about, the pawn shop business based on trust on both sides. Have look at my threads and messages in EF, ask around for my reputation within PE. I am well experienced in RL with the money business.
I know the success of Archangels Pawn Service based on your satisfaction.
Conditions
The loan is calculated based on the pawns worth. You can get up to 70% of the tt+ worth (based e.g. on pe-auction.com). We have to negotiate about this price.
Archangels pawn service charges based on the negotiated loan:
- 3% base fee
- 1% loan fee per day or 4% loan fee per week
