I, like many others I am sure, received an email from MA last week saying that a refund was available for the outstanding issues due to the unknown future of the excellent mag.

Email requested subscriber(s) to create a New Support Ticket under the Real World Items heading of Support.

Just curious if anyone has received a reply or anything yet? (btw - I haven't)
 
submitted support case right after getting the email and I have yet to hear back either.
 
I didnt even get the email and I have year subscription. What did it say? I have support ticket opened from June 27th with no reply on separate topic so dont get in a rush about a reply from MA.
 
Ok, it would be shocking from a customer service point of view, but remember Sweden has big summer holidays.

It would be awful if this affected the support, but it's worth considering that this could be the reason behind support cases being open for so long.
 
I am sure support will get to it. I don't mind being patience since these peds were already spent in my book. If it takes them a while due to a summer holiday a Sweden there is nothing we can really do but wait. Man I wish we could get a whole month off here in the USA too lol. :)

I also received this e-mail and I also filed a support case as soon as I saw it.

Then a week passed.

Why even send the e-mail if support is going to ignore the cases? And they are in the office - when I requested my other support case closed it was closed within hours.
 
I am sure they will get round to it.

I do suspect that the reason no information regarding the Unique Atrox Egg has been made official is that the event really is over, and they're happily piling up peds from decay in order to reimburse us subscribers :eek:

If the event is still ongoing, then MA still loose... no information is the worst form of communication.

Still, if I don't get at least a reply during the next week, I will update my support case, and file a New case! If we all do it, thereby overloading support, we might just get someone's arse kicked into gear ;)

I know, I'm evil... but I like it that way

I myself haven't had an answer yet aswell.

To cut them some slack though... Erhmmm 30+ degrees almost everywhere in Europe, July, Holidays... Also MA staff will be diminished atm. They will rather put work into problems that people have playing the game (as in spending ped), then they can/will in refunding people.
 
I know to cut them slack but this is a rare case where they personally emailed us and told us to file a support case.

And it's gonna be 37-38 celcius here today. :)

No hurry, well over a week has passed and still not a single word!!!

Why bother to email us and get us to open a Support Case to rectify the situation if they're not prepared to follow through !!?

why say youll stick x x and x in year of 2004-2005 if you're not going to follow through?

It's 'almost' laughable... if it didn't make me so mad!
 
I have two cases still open and unanswered from the 19th! Very simple 'item missing' problems. 10 fricken days. It'll be 12 days total after the weekend is finished. Disgusting if you ask me.
 
With pleasant suprise, it appears Support are back to full strength and doing a bit of overtime to catchup...

I still think its laughable that a whole department can just disappear for a month. Wonder who planned and ok'ed that one!!!
