Changes

  • The Hell server on ROCKTropia has been rolled back to pre-14.4 status.
  • The Mission tracker has had a graphical update
  • A new system for representing amplifiers attached to weapons was implemented in 14.4. The new system will allow for much better weapon weapon appearance and customization, however currently amplifiers are not displaying properly on many weapons.
  • The animations for creature corpses have been improved to make it easier to determine if a creature has been looted.
  • Creature AI has been improved so that changes in behavior result in immediate animation responses.
Fixes

  • An issue causing faulty reports that ‘Entropia Universe did not shut down properly’ appearing several times when launching the Client Loader has been corrected.
  • An issue causing the Locusta space creature to become invisible in some situations has been corrected.
  • An issue causing hotkey actions to be performed when entering digits in the split stack interface has been corrected.
  • An issue causing wrong values to be displayed in the markup history amount column has been corrected.
  • The functionality of the ESC key has been corrected so that it once again removes focus from chat windows, and closes various interfaces.
  • Hit box and targeting has been removed from dead creatures after they have been looted. Looted corpses can be shot through and will despawn after 30 seconds: each corpse after four will initiate faster despawning.
  • Special symbols will now display correctly again (including Russian)
Known Issues

  • Jumping animations display incorrectly when holding tools.
MindArk and the Planet Partners strive to ensure a smooth and problem-free Version Update. Nevertheless, even after extensive testing some issues may arise after release. Such issues are often addressed via mini-patches directly after a release and in subsequent patches. If you feel that the possibility of encountering minor issues or bugs directly after a Version Update affects your gameplay to an extent that Entropia Universe is not enjoyable, please wait until the mini-patches have been released and any last minute issues have been resolved.

I fixed it previously, but as soon as I finished this update the problem came back. Excellent Job!!

I fixed it previously, but as soon as I finished this update the problem came back. Excellent Job!!

I didnt got this even once before this VU, but now when they "fixed" the problem i get it too :laugh:

:lolup: A little puff of smoke then the bodies hang around for 30secs still. What a load of BS, just get rid of the bodies they're slowing down the hunting.
 
Maybe one of the error occations now have been fixed, but some more needs to be done :)

(Unless moving said faulty reports to my place counts. :D I actually did not have the issue in question yesterday but now I have.)

yup ive logged in , check to see in taskmanager if either Clientloader is already running or enropia.exe is running , if so kill them and try again ?

then the old "Entropia Universe did not shutdown normally" window appears,
accepting that will lead to updater window
wich leads to "error starting updater application!"

I tryed to scan two day ago on ark during an event with big mobs.
You cant scan if you are covered by mob corpse or if it is between you and next scaned mob.
I supose you cant sweat either but thats not inportant.

Anyone tested how effective will be faping or MF healing in environment where your team mates are covered by masses of dead mobs and still get damaged by other not jet killed mobs?

I still get it two times, once after accepting ToU and second just when Client Loader starts....


I think it's about time MA should get some testing environment.....

since last 3 updates it where gone and all is quiet like hell now.
checked drivers on and on its especially only EU wont let me hear anything. :scratch2:

And what about my Black Boots i pay 1800 peds for them back in 2006.
 
Mr Pumpkin error still not fixed and still no prize. Last VU before Christmas? Then Halloween will still be with us at Easter.
