Changes

  • Calypso Land Deeds have been migrated to the Entropia Exchange.
    Existing Calypso Land Deed items have been removed from avatar inventory or storage; each Calypso Land Deed has been converted to 100 shares in the Calypso Land Deed Trust corporation on the Entropia Exchange. These shares will become tradable on February 16th, 2 PM UTC.
  • Avatars who held Calypso Land Deed items (not including Calypso Land Deed (X) items) have received one Calypso Land Plot token per deed held, for future use in the Land Plot system.

I have no idea what are you talking about, all trades are final.
Btw, it was pretty obvious it will happen today, i was sure of it as soon as i have seen there will be an update today, not just server restart.
 
ok whats with the microtranaction now every sell must pay?
whats with not rounded numbers?
Example
6 auds gave 35,88 PED
35,88/100=0,3588 whats with 0,0088? so i miss on each whatevershare now 0,0088. 0,0088*100 each week 88 pec whats with them? can be more or less
I bet they go for lootet shares MA said we pay from us every month around 4 pec ......................
 
When I saw the 2 hrs thing I also expected the switch today, but was rather surprised at the sudden genuine meaning of 'in the near future' from the announcement.
What will collateralists who have been caught short do? Will the shares now have to be sold in order to get the collateral into liquid form when a loaned item is returned?
Am looking out for Thursday already...

The way the other shares work is that, there has to be minimum enough revenue generated for a 0.01 payout. Anything less/or if its over 0.01 but not quiet 0.02, is rolled over till next week. I'm sure we can expect that anything CLD generates that does not get all 6 millions shares another 0.01, is rolled over till next week. If you catch my meaning.

or could be an increase in price since AUD's are going around 90 peds each so CLDT could go as high as 90 ped each

Plus you get the token from unclaimed CLDs which is tradable and will have its own price, basically an extra since no one expected them to resume work on the land plot system.

the person i gave them to is basically sending me death threats demanding his weapon back, but i have no idea what this change is or why it occured only over one weekend. literally not going to log in until i can wrap my head around it and have support tell me what happened.

otherwise sounds like the gun is mine now and i'm just gonna have to block/ignore the dude.

Yeah... Makes me wonder the reason why they had such a fire under their butts to make this change... And how we can light the same fire to fulfill other promises.

Pending lawsuits from people that have lost thousands from accidently selling 1000 deeds for the price of 1?

My condolences to anyone affected by this change negatively. Guess this lack of transparency and easing this change is a reminder of exactly what MA thinks of you and who exactly is in charge here and how anything can change in an instant which could completely ruin you.

Tomorrow, all skills get reset and LAs lose the ability to define the mobs that spawn there for "reasons". Lol

What about bank owners that have multiple week long loans? No idea how that played out this morning in terms of who owns those shares now lol.

obviously it wasn't, but what are you gonna do? screw yourself over instead?
anything other than a straight final trade is a gamble both parties are willing to take, all trades are final

its always been that way. it should've been handled better by MA for sure but in your shoes id absolutely keep the gun and block that dude. death threats? i mean fuck that dude lol
