I think the problem is the HP span in the Heavyweight class.
181+ HP players takes in those with 250-300+ HP in the one class. I think some dropped out due to thinking they had an unfair advantage and others won't compete thinking they don't stand a chance
You'd think the 'Tough' players would have an extra category - Super Heavyweight - for 250+ HP though

Sorry, is this a withdrawal because you can't make the first weekend? That doesn't matter, matches are scheduled for when you can make it. Let me know what your situation is and I'll see if we can fit in with that.

If there were enough players to take part then I would do that. As it stands we have 3 participants in the Heavyweight class, so if I'd added a Super Heavyweight class I would have less than 3 people in it.
To be honest the most likely scenario at the moment is that next year there won't be a Heavyweight class at all due to the lack of interest.
It's unfortunate that the top-skilled players don't seem to be interested, for the most part, in joining in a free event just for the fun of it. If the same attitude prevailed in the lower weights, there wouldn't be a tournament at all.

well I really would like to try but im 181 hp, I get beat up enough as it is by uber players, im still a noob. I love events, but getting pummeled by someone with 40 more hp then me does not sound like fun.
