I am very pleased to present LA#57 on behalf of my team that won 1st prize for Cat 3 in Merry Mayhem.

Coords - 28050/57100
Nearest TPs - Shinook/New Switzerland
Terrain - Vast majority flat, ideal hunting and mining
Services - Revive, TT terminal, Repair terminal.
Hut - Yes
DNA - None
Ores found so far - Redulite-Zanderium-Kanerium-Gazzurdite-Durulium-Belkar-Iron
Enmatter found so far - garc-cave sap-Typo

Auction Rules​
Start bid = 130k SB agreed by Anonymous
Buyout = 200k
(these figures are taken from recent ingame auction stats)
Auction ends - 2 weeks after SB is met
Anti snipe - Each bid will be 2k higher, auction will extend 48 hours (providing auction end is within 48 hrs)
Bids - Can be annon or public (prefered), should you want to bid annon please PM me.​

Anonymus Bid... for this high investment not a good way. U should dont accept such bid, that has a bad smack (price-enhancing) ;)

Just pure mining income.
Considering it's location it's pretty good imho.

Because of allowing Anonymus Bids.

We will respect the wishes ouf our possible buyers therefore anonymus bids are allowed. If you don't like the rule simply don't bid. And last but not least i want to add here that you are (probably) bidding here on a piece of Land of a well respected Player/Soc and not some shady reseller ;)

I agree with you to some extent, I also dislike anon auctions but some people will only bid this way.

However, a land area sale is somewhat more transparent than other sales when it ends.... simply goto the marker and read the name above it ;)

In regards to the above mods (thank you), the current bid is from someone very reputable. We are not going to make fake bids, we do not want to buy our own LA. This LA will be sold at the current bid if no other bids are made before the end of the auction. If you don't trust a bunch of long time players from a top society to not make fake bids, simply don't bid.
