problem launching EU

Hi. When I try to run EU the updater window will open and download the file ClientLoader.exetmp then the updater will close and nothing will happen. I am running vista and have run EU on this computer before. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am introducing one of my friends to Entropia and he is having this same issue.

Any ideas?
