I have a gold card, but after I allowed MA to log into my account to test, it was no longer active

Contacted support on my job today and they left my account in admin group. :D
...
These errors happen everywhere but atleast they proved they (tried to) did(/do) something.

Also noticed this in a support ticket where they did check my login logs and monitored this. That's way past copy/paste and I'm pleased to recieve very fast answers nowadays. So no complaints here. Also ... having worked in support I know for a fact that even with a small client base it's impossible NOT to work with default replies.
