encryption on files means processor overhead to decrypt for negligable protection (use PrntScreen to capture at reasonable resolutions).
also by changing the file name you have broken the EULA. the enforcablity and repercussions of this is something for the lawyers to discuss in court.

again, probably utterly unenforceable in many ways, but a dead cert get out for them in this scenario. i wouldn't waste money with a lawyer on that.
