yeah I got crappy luck too, tried all the methods of mining.. The best way for me has always been to just run randomly and drop every 100m, If I find something I drop the other type (bomb/probe) and go in a line from the 2 connecting and usually find something else. being a noob for the last 2 years, I would say swunt!! If I get low, or loot is slow I go swunting. I usually come close to breaking even and one time I got a 65 PED snable female global :yay: good luck

around water is your best bet. When I was skillin the low levels I would find tons of lyst and oil. Run along rivers and the ocean coasts, you'll find em. good luck:tower:

from my limited experience (about 700 mining) the finders seem to stop at whatever is closer.. and I usually double bomb just so I know there isnt anything more I can find there.

yeah the new system is horrible. I will not team hunt (except beacons) until this gets fixed, hell... I haven't even been solo hunting since a few days after the patch. How hard can it be to let us split ALL the loot coming out?

popping in this thread.. msconfig is also a good tool to see whats going on with your machine. click run > type command(or cmd)> get dos prompt > type msconfig there you can see some processes and startup items. google or search any processes you cant identify and then disable whatever ones...

yeah tried them..no luck
