From the Medusa's head tp, two minor tp chip jump to reach the middle of the island.

It comes with a Scarce Natural low spawns of high mat Scipulors, hiryuu, Estophyl, calypsocod and razortooth which can be eradicated if the new owner wish it, by demand to MA.

Aswell as a lodge deed, one revival terminal, Global messages displayed feature, and obviously a fertilizer station.

No DNA included.

PEDs or CLDS possible

The medusa group is selling this estate.

The purchaser will receive both the deed and the deed to the cabin on the island and will in no way be policed by- or part of the medusa group.

If you want a reply, you can always private message me.
But I'll answer straight.
It is like a basic brand new land, taxes can be 50 ped or up to 1.5k peds + with the current setup according to logs.
New owner can either play with current natural spawns, adding new stuff on top off natural spawns or erasing natural spawns.
