Yes, the Jungle hits a bit harder but has a range of 115. The ML-35 has a range of 140. The ML-35 costs a bit less.
Personally, I'm using an ML-35 and I wouldn't trade it for a Jungle. I sold my Bravo because with the ML-35's range I just don't need it.
The Jungle is just a bit faster to reload too. Once a mob gets close I switch to a Delta pistol that is faster still.
The jungle may be better than the ML-35 for PVP. I don't do that so I really don't know. For a hunter, I think the ML-35 is a better weapon.
