Yea this is an interesting one... get a question on 25.03 , reply the same day and than reminder 31.03, and reminder on 07.04 and all that after the 50 working days have past... at least they are doing the marketing correctly for new players cuz who sees how they treat current playerbase, why wouldnt they wanna start playing as well? I would also go politely but at some point its time to call office directly and imo that time is overdue...good luck and keep us updated

I mean if they stated that 50/+- working swedish days is just a procedure to check there is no money laundering or what ever ...then why the fuck do they not ask all stuff during that period..they start to be active when you push them hey where is my money the days have passed i bet if i did not ask no one would bother.
So on my 1st withdrawal i had all these questions where does your money comes from, who did you lend your money ingame and why, with who have you had deals ingame, please send some document with pictures...i don't know does anyone gets this police questioning treatment but damn this shit is taking forever.
And since Live support is dead how the hell can you speed this things up?
I'm not trying to be "Karen" and send support case every day but i'm losing my patience with this game.
All i see here is bad service and that not everyone is treated equal.

Hmmm, I think I withdrew something around 40k Eur in the last year and half, and had no issues at all. Around 50-55 business days. But I did it in like 10k and 5k amounts, not all in one go. Is it possible that you have such huge sum they are willing to "sacrifice" you (delay until they have enought cash) and just do the smaller ones first so that confidence doesnt completely die?

This is indeed the annoying part.
Issue in this case could be one trade and you should ask for which particular trade they have concerns so you remember the case and provide them more details, screenshots etc.
Some of my withdrawals also needed further clarifications, sometime they asked ahead of time, sometimes I had to make a support case but it gets sorted fast once you know what it is about and can provide details.

Usually you need to send a copy of your passport, or explain a trade or 2. Basic stuff, i've had it a couple of times over the years. Nothing to be worried about tbh

It is an ID request if they sent it via those very sketchy looking emails. I think I warned about those way earlier in this thread. It is like someone sent it from their iphone instead of official communications. Guess they never bothered to make it uniform like the rest of their communications.

After explaining where my peds came from, they wrote: "We appreciate the explanation given to us and your request to withdraw has been approved and will be processed shortly."
