If you had the Chance to give someone else a Custom Title without wasting your own EFDs whom would you choose and what Title would you give them

Fictional Example
'I would like to Give Striker the Custom Title "Longunator" because hes the greatest threat for the longu race right after Hieronyme'

maybe if i see something crazy enough a mirracle happen
