Dancing for ped/ammo

We have a soc member curently dancing for ped/ammo untill sweating is back on. In soc we have a strict non begging rule and some members are saying this is begging.

Before any decision is made I would apreciate some opions from the Calypson community on this subject.

The person in question was doing this in the old VU. He's a Beggar in my eyes.

I think it is the same as street artists (music, living statues etc). It is still a form of begging, only more sophisticated and less annoying (unless they shout around they need money all the time).
