Question: DIBs Doublecharge

Anyone recieved the refund from the 2nd charge yet? and is it happening agian, i believe i got double charged from a depo on the 22nd

No refund yet and according to the support case its been past four days.

Not even a response on my support case yet

Received refund today, best bet on the support cases is get a screen shot of both your bank and transaction history and send it with the support ticket, so they know how much you were double charge for wasn't refunded via Dibs but mindark itself.
