The season of robots has finally arrived - The Calypso Defence Force (CDF) is seeking assistance in resisting waves of robot attacks in the Easter Mayhem! Defend the settlements and outposts and gain multiple rewards along the way!

Join Easter Mayhem in Annihilation and Defense gameplay modes for a chance to collect a range of amazing rewards! Moreover, by joining the Easter Mayhem instances, robots also have the potential to drop Easter Strongboxes*, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem tokens!

🤖 Event dates​

  • Wednesday - Mar. 27 - 13:00 UTC - Easter Mayhem 2024 begins.​

🤖 Rewards​

Rewards in Easter Mayhem are based on performance in the event instances and are automatically unlocked and awarded when you meet specific points criteria.

Easter Mayhem rewards include Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens, a recurring prize during other Mayhem-style events. You can exchange Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens for exclusive items offered by the Mayhem Token Traders in Cape Corinth, Port Atlantis, and Twin Peaks on Planet Calypso.

Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens can be accumulated throughout several events to purchase cosmetics and more expensive items, allowing participants to make incremental progress toward their desired rewards. Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens are non-tradable, but the items purchased from the Mayhem Token Vendor are tradable.

🤖 Access Event Entrances​

Use the Global Events list to access the Mayhem Annihilation instances from any planet in Entropia Universe. Mayhem Annihilation has ten instances; browse the event list for the entrance appropriate for your avatar’s profession level.

🤖 The Robot Mayhem​

The CDF needs your help to activate and protect the RDI Data Interceptor installation!

The Calypso Defense Force (CDF) and the Research and Development Institute (RDI) have secured a hackable subterranean base matrix node and secretly placed an RDI Data Interceptor above it.

The Data Interceptor must be activated to access robot base matrix data. Upon activation, the robots will most likely detect the intrusion and seek to destroy the Data Interceptor.

The Data Interceptor needs to stay intact for as long as possible. The robots will dispatch wave after wave of Evicerators, Warlocks, and Warriors against each Data Interceptor. You must repel these assaults!

🤖 Mayhem Annihilation Gameplay​

The ten Mayhem Annihilation instances consist of the challenge of eliminating robots at various difficulty levels. Switching between Annihilation instances at any time is possible regardless of your chosen mission.

Upon entering the instances, you can choose the following missions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Redulite. Each mission category has a determined number of points required to unlock rewards. Each mission chain features ten reward thresholds. For a more detailed description of the points necessary to reach certain reward thresholds, go to “Mayhem Annihilation Rewards.”

Participants may choose only one mission that cannot be restarted or repeated. Be careful not to abandon the mission once it starts!

Interact with the CDF Data Interceptor inside the Mayhem Annihilation event instance to begin spawning robots.

Eliminate Easter robots to accumulate points and unlock reward tiers. After defeating one of the event instance robots, you will gain a random number of points (0, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500). Higher-level robots are more likely to award more points, regardless of the chosen mission.

🤖 Mayhem Defense Gameplay​

Get the Mayhem Defense mission upon instance entry. Interact with the Control Panel to select a stage and begin spawning robots.

Stop the robots from destroying the CDF Data Interceptor for as many stages as possible against increasingly dangerous waves of robots. There are 25 stages in Mayhem Defense, each consisting of 10 phases.

Letting the CDF Data Interceptor get destroyed, disconnecting, or leaving the instance will fail the stage. You can repeat the stages, but the rewards for each stage are distributed only for the initial completion. Repeating a stage will, however, award a small amount of Mayhem Tokens, depending on the stage. Dying will not fail the stage.

The Defense mission cannot be restarted or repeated. Be careful not to abandon the mission once you’ve started it!

You guys should be correcting the codex for bunnies and other tamable creatures on that island instead of the text. But well that's only my opinion.

Why should anyone go there and hunt them? There are much better mobs for taming on other planets.

There re still drones in the Easter Mayhem banner. There are no drones involved in Easter Mayhem :D

Drones look "cooler" than current eviscerator model. I miss how they used to look like.

There are 5 types of robots in defense they could use for visuals, 6 if you include the little ones :D
 
So, I have the feeling that the login issues will not be fixed before Mayhem starts, as it apparently already starts next week.

Been looking forward to this mayhem for months for various reasons, only to get royally screwed up by technical problems.
Or how the best period ever becomes the worst for me in EU. :(

It's 2024, everyone and their mom's have a smartphone. How about you activate the Entropia pocket and stop using the card reader that was discontinued 6 years ago?

That's the problem... I even agreed to be willing to do that, even though I do not think it's good, because it's a less secure system.
They proposed me that solution, and I agreed to it, and they would fix it within 2 hours.
We are now 135 hours later, and they still haven't done it yet.

They must still be working on Windows 95 with Microsoft hours.

that's the problem. I can't go to that page, because support first needs to deactivate goldcard. Because when going to that page, it now asks for the goldcard code, which results in errors.

Support was going to deactivate that first, which would take them 2 hours max to turn it off on my account. Long 2 hours.

I don't know if this is intentional but the wording makes it sound like a rare token will be given to everyone as a set prize. This sentence may need a rewrite.
 
can we confirm which robots we are fighting the usual evis or its some new drones this year so I know which armor dmg to prep for?

We choose the Drones since they are iconic (they also spawn during the robot event now on Calypso) :D But I understand it may be confusing since they are not actually in the Easter Mayhem instance!
