The premium memberships doesnt exist anymore, those who have it were grandfathered (grandfather clause), keeping the title eventhough the membership no longer exist.

I only just found this support feature

It has been a good couple of years since I last used Paypal
Tried to buy the 3month modified membership to give it a go today, though you need a registered paypal account to make the transaction.
Leave it with me, I will try and get Paypal up and running on Monday.
