ET recovery bug?

I was trying to make an ET account, but apparently an account for my avatar already exists. Must have done it while... incapacitated... because I have no memory of it. Figured the best way would be to try my email addresses to recover the account name and see what I used.

Error from FF:

CDO.Message.1 error '80040213'
The transport failed to connect to the server.
/functions/mailfunctions.asp, line 12

IE just gives an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

At first I thought it was because of the server failure, but after reading the thread it's back up and running.

Any thoughts?
