So- now that there will be 3000 new apartments....
I think MA needs to start dropping more furniture! and asap!

I can only imagine how current furniture items in auction will start going for A LOT of money due to the extreme lack of furnishings in this game....
My hope is that MA will start dropping more furniture (and new pieces too!) to accomodate all of the new domestic owners

Yes that would be another good idea Although if MA were to implement carpentry now I would hope they wouldn't immediately stop furniture from looting just b/c no1 would be able to make anything cool until they aquire those skills

AOA would loot only saw dust?

Furniture crafting would be nice. Following component scale:
Hunter provides looted chair legs. Miner provides some iron/zinc. Then a crafter turns them to chair skeleton and tailor adds textured textiles to it to complete chair.

Result: comfy exosaur chair

i want to see more styles / sets of furniture dropping. Like not just one type of lamp from say molisk, but a whole set..

Maybe, a Silver + green coloured type from atrox. Includes Tall lamp, ceiling lamp, chair, coffee table, and mat. This means people could customize their own housing in a style, instead of having goth candle + marble table etc.

Even better, keep what is already in the loot, and increese some of its frequency (keeping some peices naturally rarer then others). Then introduce carpentry, but make all the peices you can craft completely different designs, etc.. And many of which could be painted different colors. ;-)

Imagine paintings that are like "color by numbers" and you can pick what colors you want. ;-)

Or chairs where you can change the color of the seat. Or beds where you can change the color of the bedspread. Or rugs that you can paint however you want. etc.. Plus many other new designs, shapes and types.

This will keep hunters happy because they have a resellable in the loot, and then crafters can fill the rest of the requirements. ;-)

We need what was advertsied by MA! totally customizable apartments/house where (painter/tailor/carpenter) can paint the walls, rugs, furniture etc etc

We still need some items in loot, but now would be the optimal time to introduce carpentry.
And yes- we need more furnishings in general as Aio suggested... not just a little lamp or picture here and there. I want SOFAS! I wants BEDS! What fun will all of those apartments be if you can't furnish them!

And you equip it and you get an interface like the scope except square like a camera's view finder. You take a "picture" or screenshot, and it saves the tiny image server-side. 10k or something tiny.

Then you're able to create a new painting from that image and sell it. ;-) The crafting of the "photo frame" would require you to pick wich image you use from your library of screenshots (charge a fee per image stored on the server, like 1 ped per image or something). Then when ever a player enters the area with the photo, it will download the new texture and cache it on their computer.

If it was 10k it probably wouldn't effect modem users that much unless they enter an area with 100 of these type of paintings on the wall.. and once downloaded they're cached and don't need downloaded again.

It would be really nifty to sell paintings of specific events and odd happenings in the PE world.

You could hang pictures of all your friends on the wall, group shots of society, etc..

It would be fun.

I think it is quite likley that MA will come up with something like extra furniture in loots or something like that but I would exspect capentry to come in later on as apartments are a big update on their own. MA must of realised that 3000 new apartments would require a load more furniture. It wouldent suprise me if for instance their was a spaceship crash contaning loads of furniture soon.
