Question: Help ! :)

My ex made both our accounts using his name, does anyone know if i am able to change the account over to my name. I have submitted a support case but have heard nothing yet.
If anyone knows anyone or has had any similar experiences themselves it would be great to hear input.

One of the account must be on anouther personal number than his own , so if your account is made on yours ther should be no problem for you .

Yes there is a chance if both of you send in passports/drivers license and explain it to MA.
Realy only they can decide.
