I did see 2 cars in a Beer brewery in the Czech Republic ones saying BIER en PILS in them so FPC shouldn't be a problem. Not sure if you can buy a license plate in Sweden though.

Too bad in Portugal there can be only two letters (and two numbers) in a license plate in the last 40 or 50 years with alternate positioning

(at least i spotted some cars saying TT, CP, etc )
