Internet connectiion error

Hey,
I was logged on this morning and in the middle of killing a mob i got disconnected,with disconnected from the server message popup
Now when i try to log in i get the TOU pop up window but then i get

"Internet connection error" message
Failed accessing the update server.
Make sure your internet connection is working and that your security software is correctly configured. If the outage is temporary the Client Loader will attempt to resolve the issue automatically (click Retry).
Now i know my internet working ( im here typing this
So is the Server down already or have i got another issue?

so are they finally restarting the servers now?

This isnt related to the server reset/restart,(AFAIK) this happened 5 hrs before it was due to start.
Now the restart/reset (whatever) has been and gone(11.15 UTC) and i still have the same problem with connecting to update server fail,
Giving me the right royal shits this constant connection BS when i know my internet works fine.
Anyone have this issue before??
