Looking for support to reactivate my account

Hi everyone,

I did write to entropialife support as well but haven't got an answer yet.

I did not play for about 10 Years and would like to reactivate my entropialife account again.

Problems are: I don't know my pass anymore and my email address changed as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

The login to entropía universe did work fine.
My problem is with entropialife.

Same issue, it tells me I have an account when I tried to register using my email, yet noone from support has replied to my messages.

I have asked for support and emailed EL numerous times. Crickets
