Loot 2.0 weapon or even not

Hi all
some question:

Is a SIB "yes" weapon identified as a loot 2.0 weapon and a SIB "no" weapon as a not loot 2.0 weapon?
or how can i identify a loot 2.0 weapon?

Loot 2.0 weapons have very high Efficiency, at the very least 75%+, has nothing to do with SIB.

There is no way to tell other than knowing when a weapon was released.

loot 2.0 describes high eff weapons, maybe high dpp
imk2 (90 eff/3.280 dpp) is loot 2.0
jungle twen (68 eff/3.05) is NOT 2.0
each 14 eff means 1% tt return
In my opinion just try to be the most efficient and forget about this loot 2.0 acronym
