More options for the Avatar creation process problem...???

Hello,

Just bought a gold pack so i could use the full options for avatar creation but...
It says that this option is only available for new accounts who hasn't finished the avatar creation process...so far so good.
But when i am in the avatar creation part i still do not see the extra option and the thing is that after purchase system says...check your inventory.
So how do i check my inventory to get these extra option without leaving the avatar creation section?

Interesting... but i think you should see that with support.
Back in time, I had kind of a similar request as i wanted the full benefits from Gold pack including the avatar options, and support answered me fast.

So even if your issue seems different, quite sure they can handle it

Its common error, got the same. Make support case and they will add you extra session.
Good to remind them on LiveChat, for me it was around 2 week's waiting.
