Need help from Entropia Life devs (??)

I sent a couple unanswered messages to the support email.
Wondering if its still monitored or not, figured I'd ask here, too.

I was away from the game for several years, had signed up my ava on EL, but now when I try to get password recovery, it says it doesn't recognize either of the 2 emails I use.
Additionally, it won't let me sign up for a new account bc it says my ava name is already in use.


Stuck.

Also having same problem with PCF

Can't get PCF to recognize my emails either.
I haven't changed emails since back then, so I'm not sure what's up.

I created this new PCF account today so I could ask the question about EL.
Once I gained access to PCF, I discovered my profile from way back when is still in here, i just can't get to it.
