Question: New Mentor item?

My disciple just finished graduating and MA gave me a
Neurobiotic Booster A4 10mg

Wonder if this is new or did anyone else receive this?

ive gotten one from mentoring as well. From what i know its not a common drop, grats!

I was in space and for a while i feared it could've been looted, but once i got to caly i tried and unlike all ME rewards, this isnt tradable

From what I've heard if you log out or disconnect you will lose the effect FYI

yeah thats why i wondered if it was new, but gues its 1 of the rare drops then!
I won't be using it untill they fix current bug
