i installed this today and when i got a global, the screenshot came out all black,

what did i do wrong

is it because my resolution is 1440x900?

Are you running Windows 7 or Windows vista with Aero theme ?

yes im running windows 7 ultimate 64bit with aero theme

Aero is transparent.. which leads to the "black screenshot issue" .... Im currently working on a solution which dosent invlove reading graphics card RAM and what not (has to be an easy way)..

in the meantime, if i disable transparency should it work?

hi,

i´ve checked "enable debugging" and deactivated transparency in windows7 and got 2 nice pics out of 3 globals. for some reason the 3rd came out as light blue screen.

Might be a stupid question.... but I cant seem to find chat.log in the Win 7 system... can someone please help.

well I'm using win7 so I just go to the 'documents' folder(in the windows start menu) then 'entropia universe' and chat is the only file in there.

Actually there is 2 Entropia Universe folders in the document folder,one has all the conetnts for the game and the other one is just the chat folder.
