Help: Not able to update...Big crash

Hi folks,

I am not able to download dynamic content and last time it was my sixth attempt. Can anyone help me there. Detail of crash is given below.

More ever I retry again 4 times. Put download thread count to 1 and deleted the latest file from dynamic folder. But when only 30% update remain this error again pop out. Error code is 12002

Ask support. It's not a crash, it's an Exception.

Where are you deleting files from though? That directory stated, or the destination folder?

try uninstalling the old one and redownload everything
