Pretty cool actually. When a (L) weapon lasts as long as this does, there is kind of no use for UL. If future weapons, something like Omegaton C-150 (L) to Omegaton C-200 (L), were to be introduced instead of a few UL only for handful of players, it would make it more accessible to everyone and possibly create a market around it.
