2022 halfway has passed now.
I feel it is time to acknowledge that the Portable Document Format is a consolidated standard going beyond flat text and graphics, which cannot be ignored anymore.

So please allow to upload and embed PDFs here.

I asked, because PDF maps with indexed and searchable contents would have been useful.
But seemingly the concerns (not) expressed are weightier.

I doubt they fap to porn on the forums server… it’s likely used exclusively to host the forum and thus doesn’t even need an antivirus
