Problem . . .

I just downloaded EU and every time i try to login after about 30 seconds-1minute it gives me the can not connect to server error. My internet connection is all fine. does anyone know what the problem is?

This is usually a firewall problem. I noticed with McAffee there is a prompt to allow access behind the loader screen. When the timeout occurs the prompt to allow access is gone. Each update I alt tap while loading and hit the allow access that is hidden in the background.

Could be something different, but this message seems to usually point to a firewall setting.

check your firewall settings
you have to allow to accept connections on port: 30584 and 30585

Firewall is off. that didnt fix it. hmm . . .
